Shipping Policy
Srikriti ships across India and to select international destinations. Please read our shipping policy to understand delivery timelines and charges.
2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across India.
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available for select pin codes at an additional charge).
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this amount.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take an additional 5–10 business days for dispatch.
2.2 International Shipping
- We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and other countries. Please contact us to confirm availability for your country.
- International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on the destination.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
2.3 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your shipment via the courier partner's website or through your account on our store.
2.4 Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at an additional charge.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
