  3. Relationship with Shopify Srikriti uses Shopify to power its store. However, all purchases are made directly with Srikriti. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with Srikriti, and by using our Services, you release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.

Any such content may be treated as harassment, and responsibility for it rests with its sender; Srikriti does not assume liability for the content of messages sent through this service. Promotional SMS and voice calls are sent only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (IST). Srikriti is exempt from any claim that may arise from third parties as a result of message or voice content. Promotional SMS/voice communications will not be sent to numbers registered with India's National Customer Preference Register (NCPR), maintained under TRAI regulations (nccptrai.gov.in). All communications will respect fundamental human rights and comply with applicable intellectual property laws — including the right to privacy and the prohibition of discrimination on grounds such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, or national or social origin. Any unlawful use of our SMS/voice communication services is strictly prohibited. This service is intended for legitimate business communications only.

By opting in, you agree to the above and consent to receive promotional SMS/voice communications from Srikriti in accordance with this policy. You may opt out at any time using the instructions provided in our messages.
