Refund & Return Policy
At Srikriti, every piece is crafted with love and care. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our return & refund policy below.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or made-to-order garments.
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
1.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at care@srikriti.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
1.4 Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after collecting your bank account details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
1.5 Exchange Policy
We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund. Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.
